Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Mayor Schutzbach has set Trick–or–Treating in the city of Effingham for Saturday, October 31st from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Residents welcoming trick–or–treaters are asked to keep their porch lights turned on. If a porch light is off, we ask trick–or–treaters to respect the privacy of their neighbors by completely bypassing that residence.
All children should be accompanied by an adult throughout the evening.
The City of Effingham wishes everyone a safe, fun and Happy Halloween!!
