- Effingham City Police arrested 62 year old Raymond C. Potts, Sr. of Effingham for domestic battery. Raymond was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 58 year old Winona L. With of Effingham for domestic battery. Winona was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Autumn R. Hodge of Effingham for disorderly conduct and illegal consumption of alcohol by minor. Autumn was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 50 year old Marcellus C. Swann of Effingham for domestic battery and interfering with a domestic violence report. Marcellus was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
