Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- As part of a series of monthly interviews during construction season, Tim Hemmen, Project Engineer with IDOT District 7, gives updates on area construction projects and road work. Tim gave another update on the progress of the Fayette Avenue Reconstruction Project, and shared information on continuing projects.
