- Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Corey J. Fellows of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for accumulation of garbage/junk, and an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft $500-$10k. Corey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53 year old James M. Conant of Troy for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal damage to property $500-$10k. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Steven F. Stokes of Effingham for an IDOC parole warrant. Steven’s warrant was withdrawn and he was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49 year old Jeffery A. Mooney of Imperial, MO for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft <$300. Jeffery was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 52 year old Travis L. Elam of Mason for an Effingham County FTA warrant for battery/physical contact. Travis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Matthew J. Horne of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for resisting a police/correctional officer. Matthew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Dustin R. Gant of Effingham for possession of adult use cannabis by driver. Dustin was given an NTA and was released.
