Effingham City Police arrested 52 year old Michelle L. Rieman of Newton for operating an uninsured vehicle, DUI drugs, and improper lane usage. Michelle was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Kenneth A. Calame of Effingham for driving while license suspended, possession of adult use cannabis by driver, squealing tires, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Kenneth was given an NTA and was released.
