- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 47 year old James W. Ledbetter of Altamont for a Fayette County FTA warrant for fleeing/eluding police, resisting, and DEL/CHRG/MFG of 1-15g of fentanyl. James was transported to the Fayette County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 47 year old Miranda D. Ledbetter of Altamont for a Fayette County FTA warrant for MFG/DEL of 1015g of fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), and possession of <5g of meth. Miranda was transported to the Fayette County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 23 year old Khaniah B. Gardner of Hammond, IN for driving while license revoked. Khaniah was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 52 year old Laverne L. Verdeyen III for an Effingham County FTA warrant for accumulation of junk. Laverne was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
