- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Kyle T. Bryant of Clay City for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for driving on a suspended license, sentenced to 10 days. Kyle was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old Emily A. Seeley of Effingham for theft <$300. Emily was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51 year old Michael D. Rogers of Effingham for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Michael was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 45 year old Jackson P. Alfonso Mendez of Indianapolis for driving while license suspended and improper lighting. Jackson was given an NTA and was released.
