- Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old James A. Walker of Effingham for violating an order of protection. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 49 year old Lori A. Haarmann of Effingham for DUI alcohol, endangering the life/health of a child, and improper lane usage. Lori was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Barry A. Mackey of St. Louis for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal damage to property $500-$10k. Barry was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49 year old Heather W. Brown of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass to land. Heather was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 26 year old Jacob C. Vaught of Cape Girardeau, MO for DUI drugs, illegal transportation of alcohol by driver, operating an uninsured vehicle, using a phone while driving, and speeding. Jacob was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Daniel C. Johnson of Galesburg, IL for a Knox County FTA warrant for criminal damage to property <$500. Daniel was given an NTA and was released.
