Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Delaine Donaldson of the Effingham County Cultural Center & Museum stopped by the studio to give details on the downtown Effingham Museum, and how it became the museum it is today. There is a rich history associated with the museum, and Delaine gave examples of how it brought the community together through shared experiences and history.
