- Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Braili J. Graham of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth. Braili was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Jonathan A. Macias of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for aggravated battery in a public place. Jonathan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Tanner J. Prather of Effingham for stalking. Tanner was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Mark C. Morales of Teutopolis for a Coles County FTA warrant for aggravated domestic battery. Mark was transported to the Coles County Jail.
