- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Alexander J. Garrard of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth and an Effingham County FTA drug court warrant. Alexander was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Kevin T. Goeckner of Dieterich for a mittimus to jail for DUI alcohol, sentenced for 4 days, credit for 2. Kevin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 27 year old Jason J. Kenter of Teutopolis for DUI alcohol, illegal transportation/possession of alcohol by driver, speeding, and expired registration sticker. Jason was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 21 year old Benjamen O. Douglas of Neoga for DUI alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol by driver, and improper parking. Benjamen was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56 year old Ronald A. McConnell of Zeigler for an Effingham County warrant for violating a prior order of protection for domestic battery. Ronald was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Harley R. Thomas of Newton for a Richland County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance, a Jasper County FTA warrant for possession of cannabis, and a Fayette County FTA warrant for violating pretrial release conditions. Harley was transported to the Jasper County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 58 year old Todd M. O’Rourke of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Todd was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Hazell A. Martinez Rodriguez of Effingham for operating an uninsured vehicle, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration, driving while license suspended, and unlawful possession of cannabis by driver. Hazell was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52 year old Julie L. Beebe of Mason for driving while license revoked and operating an uninsured vehicle. Julie was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Payton A. Robbins of Effingham for domestic battery. Payton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Koby L. Brownee of Effingham for burglary. Koby was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52 year old Travis W. Feldhake of Montrose for failure to register as a sex offender. Travis was given an NTA and was released.
