- Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Ian T. Hammond of Beecher City for aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and retail theft. Ian was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 41 year old Lakeshia N. Myers of Milwaukee, WI for driving while license suspended. Lakeshia was given an NTA and was released.
