Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Patrick Tarr of Florissant, MO for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. Patrick was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Joshua H. Wirth of Effingham for a Jasper County FTA warrant for violating probation. Joshua was transferred to Jasper County Jail.
