- Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old Anthony M. Jamison for failure to register change of address as a violent offender. Anthony was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Joshua A. Carl of Charleston for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for unlawful possession of credit/debit card, sentenced for 8 days/weekends. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 35 year old Dashawn D. Elie of Memphis, TN for driving while license revoked, transportation or possession of open alcohol by driver, and improper lane usage. Dashawn was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 22 year old Johnez M. Harris of Dekalb for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, and speeding. Johnez was given an NTA and was released.
