- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21 year old James J. Mancinelli of Effingham for driving while license suspended. James was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Dawson S. Myers of Paris for an Effingham County original warrant for 2 counts of retail theft and fleeing or eluding a police officer. Dawson was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 54 year old James L. Ray of Shumway for DUI alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol by driver. James was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 44 year old Christina L. Belisle of Effingham for criminal trespass to residence and criminal trespass to property. Christina was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 55 year old Eleuterio Gomez Segura of Effingham for violation of pretrial conditions. Eleuterio was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 23 year old Garrett P. Wade of Strasburg for DUI alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol by driver, and speeding. Garrett was given an NTA and was released.
