- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Jeremy R. Shaffer of St. Peter for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for driving while license revoked. Jeremy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 27 year old Ricky W. Tochtrop of Mattoon for driving while license suspended and speeding. Ricky was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Jacob A. Graham of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft <$300. Jacob was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office & Illinois State Police arrested 47 year old Jeremy D. Pontious of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for revoked/suspended license, an Effingham County warrant for aggravated assault/use of a deadly weapon, fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer, driving while license revoked, and failure to signal when required. Jeremy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 40 year old Devin T. Bullard of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Devin was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old Jusel Muniz Tosado of Effingham for driving while license revoked, disobeying a traffic control light, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, operating an uninsured vehicle, and displaced registration/plate. Jusel was given an NTA and was released.
