- Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Brendon A. Buening of Effingham for aggravated domestic battery (strangulation) and interfering with a domestic violence report. Brendon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Justin M. Spillari of Wheeler for driving while license revoked and possession of <5g of meth. Justin was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Justin J. Prusa of Denver, CO for criminal damage to property over $10k and possession of a controlled substance. Justin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Kaylynn A. Sanders of Olney for violating an order of protection. Kaylynn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Burt D. Wenzel of Watson for failure to register as a sex offender. Burt was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
