- Illinois State Police arrested 48 year old Afton T. Johnson of Oak Creek, WI for driving while license suspended and speeding 21-25mph over limit. Afton was given an NTA and was released.
February 22, 2026
- Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Dustin L. Voris of Watson for a Moultrie County FTA warrant for burglary. Dustin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Jusel Muniz Tosado of Effingham for a Coles County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked and aggravated speeding. Jusel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 19 year old Carter A. Donaldson, Jr. of Effingham for driving while license suspended and speeding 35+mph over limit. Carter was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18 year old Damien Mbokola of Davenport, IA for reckless driving and speeding 35+mph over limit. Damien was given an NTA and was released.
