Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Koby L. Brownlee of Effingham for burglary and criminal damage to property. Koby was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Brian Quintana Ibarra of Indianapolis for an Effingham County FTA warrant for receive/possess/sell a stolen vehicle. Brian was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Illinois State Police arrested 31 year old Sean R. Wooten of Santa Fe, TX for DUI alcohol. Sean was given an NTA and was released.
