Illinois State Police arrested 25 year old Laney J. Flowers of Effingham for DUI alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. Laney was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old Eric T. Schumacher of Sigel for DUI alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device. Eric was given an NTA and was released.
