EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

January 1, 2026

Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old Jusel Muniz Tosado of Effingham for DUI alcohol, driving while license revoked, and a Coles County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. Jusel was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 57 year old Henry R. Armstrong of Beecher City for DUI alcohol and failure to yield. Henry was given an NTA pending release.
