- Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Roland D. Barnett of Gulfport. MS for domestic battery. Roland was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 44 year old William W. Moore of Vandalia for possession of <5g of meth and possession of hypodermic needle. William was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Kenneth J. Erickson of Effingham for domestic battery. Kenneth was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 35 year old Megan E. Duckworth of Teutopolis for possession of another person’s credit/debit card and theft of lost property. Megan was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Tiauna T. Campbell of Effingham for domestic battery. Tiauna was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 29 year old Cyndel M. Dohm of Newton for DUI drugs, possession of 100-500g of cannabis, possession of cannabis in vehicle outside approved container, and possession of a controlled substance. Cyndel was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 47 year old Lititia L. Collins of Pana for stalking. Lititia was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s office arrested 27 year old Pauletta N. S. Wood of Stewardson for DUI alcohol. Pauletta was given an NTA and was released.
