- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 year old Eagan C. Summers of Geff, IL for a Wayne County warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle and a Richland County FTA warrant for battery. Eagan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 year old William J. Thomas of Farmersville, IL for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for reckless driving and 2nd DUI. William was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Aaron R. Waymoth of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for aggravated DUI with license suspended or revoked and a Clark County FTA warrant for bond violation. Aaron posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49 year old Kevin J. Medford of Dieterich for possession of <5g of meth. Kevin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 58 year old Mark C. Barnes of Mason for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Mark was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Jeffery W. Koester of Effingham for a Cook County warrant for sex offender false info. Jeffery was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Joshua D. Mayberry of Altamont for shoplifting and criminal trespass to real property. Joshua was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26 year old Kevin M. Pinter of Effingham for DUI and improper lane usage. Kevin was given an NTA and was released.
