- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Joshua D. Mayberry of Altamont for a problem solving court sentence for 3 days. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 63 year old Danny A. Lecrone of Altamont for DUI alcohol, sentence to 5 days in jail. Danny was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Christine A. Kniker of Centralia for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Christine was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Justice A. Beck of Altamont for a Clay County FTA warrant for contempt. Justice was given an NTA from Clay County and remains in custody at the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Anthony S. Tate of Effingham for possession of cocaine and inn keeper protection fraud. Anthony was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Donald V. Priester of Rochester, MN for a Cook County original warrant for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Donald was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
