- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Marissa S. Peppers of St. Louis for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Marissa was released per judge’s orders.
- Illinois State Police arrested 32 year old Mathew D. Hite of Norfolk, VA for DUI drugs, 2 counts of reckless driving, aggravated assault, failure to signal when required, improper passing, improper lane usage, violating minimum speed regulations other than toll roads, aggravated fleeing, and speeding 35mph+ over limit. Mathew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Brandon T. Sandefer of St. Louis for an Effingham County FTA warrant for bad checks, a Vigo County FTA warrant for theft, and an Edgar County warrant for bad checks. Brandon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
