EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL
September 6, 2025
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Derek L. Feldhake of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Fayette County warrant for violating pretrial conditions. Derek was transported to the Fayette County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 19 year old Eagan C. Summers of Geff for obstructing identification, possession of a stolen vehicle, and operating a vehicle with no valid license, permit, or restricted driving permit. Eagan was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Alex J. Gerrard of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Alex was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25 year old Valek M. Bernahl of Altamont for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Valek was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Hunter M. Gaff for operating a vehicle with no valid license, operating an uninsured vehicle, and no valid registration. Hunter was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Levi G. Lidy of Dieterich for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Levi was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Deimar C. Torres Perez of Effingham for domestic battery. Deimar was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 24 year old Damian S. Courtright of Effingham for aggravated battery. Damian was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Corey J. Fellows of Effingham for a Moultrie County FTA warrant for burglary. Corey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Shon T. Robinson of Columbia, MS for DUI alcohol. Shon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Tyler J. Stewart of Watson for a Clay County FTA/FTP warrant. Tyler was transported to the Clay County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 27 year old Kevin T. Goeckner of Dieterich for DUI alcohol. Kevin was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested Frank L. Snider of Terre Haute for a Hamilton County FTA warrant for canceled/revoked registration and speeding 15-20mph over limit. Frank posted bond and was released.
September 8, 2025
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Kyle T. Adler of Farina for disorderly conduct and attempted aggravated battery to a police officer. Kyle was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43 year old Donald W. Wilson of Hunt City, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass, a Jasper County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, a Richland County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked, possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked, improper use of registration, and leaving the scene of an accident. Donald was taken to teh Effingham County Jail.
