- Effingham City Police arrested 35 year old Krystina R. Loy of Cowden for obstructing ID. Krystina was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old Leslie A. Howard of Effingham for possession of hypodermic needle, criminal trespass to property, and a Macon County FTA warrant for shoplifting. Leslie was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 35 year old Scott J. Clark of Effingham for driving while license revoked. Scott was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Rachel L. Worman of St. Elmo for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth and a Fayette County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Rachel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
