Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Carlos L. Fernandez of Vandalia for an Effingham County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol. Carlos posted bond and was released.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Megian M. Moore of St. Elmo for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Megian posted bond and was released.
