- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Draven A. Shelton of Effingham for criminal trespass and retail theft. Draven was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Emily N. Tucker of Watson for a Clinton County original warrant for forgery. Emily posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Willis J. Hewkin of Effingham for a problem solving court sanction for 48 hours. Willis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 30 year old Cory W. Berry of Annapolis, IL for unlawful possession of cannabis by driver, possession of <5g of meth, possession of a stolen firearm, aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon on person or vehicle, and speeding. Cory was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Corey J. Fellows of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for accumulation of garbage/junk. Corey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Jeremy D. Sparling of Montrose for domestic battery. Jeremy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Draven A. Shelton of Effingham for theft $10k-$100k. Draven was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Jon M. Dust of Teutopolis for criminal trespass to residence. Jon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 year old Mykel T. Withrow of Terre Haute for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft >$300. Mykel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old Jonathan H. Fox of Strasburg for a Williamson County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, possession of meth, and obstructing justice. Jonathan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 27 year old Albert Boose of Bartlett, TN for driving while license suspended and aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon. Albert was given an NTA and was released.
- Altamont Police arrested 20 year old Isak P. McGivney of Altamont for driving while license revoked and failure to remain at the scene of an accident. Isak was given an NTA and was released.
