EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

June 28, 2025

Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Alexis S. Newport of Terre Haute, IN for an Effingham County PTR warrant for delivery of meth 5-15g. Alexis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Daniel R. Reeves of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Daniel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 51 year old Laverne L. Verdeyen III of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for accumulation of trash/junk. Laverne was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Rachel L. Worman of St. Elmo for possession of <5g of meth and criminal trespass to real property. Rachel was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Jose M. Aldama Hernandez of Effingham for DUI alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, and no valid Driver’s License. Jose was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Justin A. Bannick of Effingham for battery. Justin was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Kirsten R. Davis of Stewardson for pedestrian under the influence (2x). Kirsten was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

June 29, 2025

Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 54 year old Charles R. Hall of St. Peter for violating an order of protection. Charles was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Jerrod D. Reed of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth and obstructing justice. Jerrod was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Braydon T. Shields of Decatur for an Effingham County attachment for contempt and aggravated battery. Braydon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 24 year old Jorge E. Macias of Effingham for DUI alcohol. Jorge was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Heather W. Brown of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft/disposing of merchandise <$300 and resisting arrest. Heather was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

Effingham City Police arrested 47 year old Joshua H. Wirth of Effingham for a Jasper County FTA warrant for possession of 5-15g of meth. Joshua was transported to Jasper County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Chelsea J. Sipes of Effingham for a US District Court warrant for conspiracy to distribute meth and distribution of meth. Chelsea was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old James A. Erickson of Effingham for possession of 15-100g of meth, possession with intent to deliver 15-100g of meth, and possession of hypodermic needle. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Ashley A. Lee of Effingham for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ashley was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old Alicia E. Mitchell of Effingham for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Alicia was given an NTA and was released.
