VanPelt of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC warrant for possession of <5g of meth, possession of hypodermic needle, resisting/obstructing a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing justice. John was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26 year old Justin R. Kollman of Effingham for criminal damage to property. Justin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
