- Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Anthony S. Tate of Effingham for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Anthony was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Brandon S. Cook of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth and resisting a police officer. Brandon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 35 year old Megan E. Duckworth of Teutopolis for possession of drug paraphernalia. Megan was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 43 year old Arnold B. Rivera of Vandalia for a Randolph County FTA warrant for false impersonation. Arnold posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Braydon T. Shields of Decatur for a Coles County FTA warrant for harrassment by telephone. Braydon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 24 year old Kanen L. Finke of Watson for DUI alcohol. Kanen was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Courtney R. Hoelscher of Effingham for DUI alcohol, failure to remain at the scene of a major accident, and no proof of insurance. Courtney was given an NTA and was released.
