- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Martin L. Butler of Dieterich for an Effingham County original warrant for criminal sexual assault, 4 counts of aggravated sexual abuse, indecent solicitation of a child, grooming, and stalking. Martin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Jerry D. Guthrie of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft <$300. Jerry was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Crystal R. Snyder of Herrick for a Clay County FTA warrant for contempt of court, possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of hypodermic needle. Crystal was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
