- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53 year old Monty E. Evans of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for contempt of court. Monty posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Miranda B. Davis of Dieterich for an Effingham County mittimus for a 72 hour sanction. Miranda was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
January 26, 2025
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44 year old Adam L. Delmore of Carbondale for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for 30 day work release. Adam was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 51 year old Shane J. Bohn of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery. Shane was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Altamont Police arrested 23 year old Mark C. Morales of Altamont for a Coles County FTA warrant for aggravated domestic battery. Mark was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 35 year old Jacob A. Shelton of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Jacob was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Altamont Police arrested 34 year old Alexander V. Morales of Flora for DUI. Alexander was given an NTA and was released.
January 27, 2025
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Alexander T. N. Roberts of Neoga for aggravated domestic battery and child endangerment. Alexander was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old Luis R. Diaz of Effingham for DUI, operating a vehicle without a valid license, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Luis was given an NTA and was released.
