- Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old Jasmin J. Whiteley of Effingham for a Fayette County FTA warrant for violation of pretrial release. Jasmin was given an NTA by Fayette County and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Tyler J. Stewart of Watson for a Clay County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. Tyler was transported to Clay County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 60 year old Kent A. Goeckner of Effingham for DUI alcohol. Kent was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
