- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old James O. Williams of St. Louis, MO for an Effingham County FTA warrant for reckless driving, a St. Louis County, MO warrant for obstructing police/resisting arrest, and a Cleveland County, OK warrant for acquiring proceeds/drug activity. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old James R. Hansil of Carbondale for obstructing ID, driving while license suspended, and a Williamson County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
