- Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Cassie Hastings of Watson for resisting a police officer. Cassie was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Altamont Police arrested 35 year old Derek Feldhake of Effingham for 2 counts of retail theft. Derek was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Christopher Kozak of Alton for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal damage to property $500-$10k. Christopher was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Ian Hammond of Beecher City for theft, arson, and criminal damage to government supported property. Ian was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
