Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56 year old Todd M. O’Rourke of Altamont for possession of a controlled substance. Todd was given a pretrial NTA.
Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Willis J. Hewkin of Effingham for a Williamson County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Willis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
