Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Evan J. Scoggins of Effingham for an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Evan posted bond and was released.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Rhiannon M. Thompson of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Rhiannon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
