- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 year old Richard A. Heil of Alton, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Richard was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 year old Jose G. Figueroa of Effingham for no valid Driver’s License, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding, and fictitious registration. Jose was given a pretrial NTA.
