- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Justice A. Beck of Effingham for failure to register as a sex offender. Justice was given a pretrial NTA.
- Altamont Police arrested 21 year old Andrew J. Tappan of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA/FTP warrant for driving under the influence of drugs. Andrew posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Stephen T. Andres of Effingham for domestic battery. Stephen was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Brian K. Levitt of Effingham for residential burglary, criminal damage to property, and threatening a public official. Brian was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
