- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Jessica L. Brown of Strasburg for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of 5-15g of meth and a Shelby County FTA warrant for burglary. Jessica was given a Pretrial NTA and was transferred to Shelby County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Willis J. Hewkin of Marion for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a stolen vehicle, and a Clay County FTA warrant for contempt of court. Willis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
