- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26 year old Dalton R. Ard of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Dalton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Kenneth J. Pontious of Edgewood for possession of <5g of meth, possession of hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia. Kenneth was released on pretrial NTA.
- Illinois State Police arrested 52 year old John G. Chittester of Ardmore, OK for unlawful use of a weapon. John was released on pretrial NTA.
- Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Candace S. Stephens of Herrick for possession of <5g of meth, driving while license suspended, and unlawful use of registration. Candace was released on pretrial NTA.
- Altamont Police arrested 34 year old Damon L. Douthit of Altamont for DUI alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Damon was released on pretrial NTA.
- Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old Gerald E. Smith of Rockford for obstructing a police officer and criminal trespass to vehicle. Gerald was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
