- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Sydney S. May of Mattoon for DUI alcohol, driving while license revoked, and illegal transportation of alcohol. Sydney was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Shania L. Funneman of Effingham for DUI alcohol. Shania was given a pretrial NTA and was released.

- Illinois State Police arrested 42 year old Joseph S. Snyder of Neoga for DUI alcohol. Joseph was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Brandon R. Smith of Mason for driving while license revoked and illegal transportation of alcohol. Brandon was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
