- Effingham City Police arrested 48 year old Brian J. Kessler of Effingham for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol and transportation/carrying alcohol. Brian posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Ray W. Pruett of Stewardson for an Effingham County warrant for driving license never issued, and a Henry County, MO warrant for vehicle theft. Ray was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested Aaron C. Anthony of Clay City for an Effingham County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol. Aaron was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Kerry J. Kline of Kinmundy for a writ from DOC for possession of <5g of meth. Kerry was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Mindy L. Pinkerton of Effingham for an Effingham County problem solving court warrant. Mindy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Rachel L Worman of St. Elmo for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Rachel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Samuel J. Tolbert of Mattoon for obstructing identification, a Coles County FTA warrant for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, and a Coles County FTA warrant for failure to stop after an accident with an unattended vehicle. Samuel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
