September 2, 2023

  • Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old Minerva Velaquez Meza of Effingham for domestic battery. Minerva was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Eric W. Lewis of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for 180 days for driving on a revoked license. Eric was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53 year old Trent A. Wilson of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for 48 hours. Trent was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Kashannda R. Hamilton of Watson for disorderly conduct. Kashannda was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old David M. Bergbower of Newton for driving while license suspended, possession of a stolen vehicle, fleeing a police officer, reckless driving, and vehicle theft conspiracy. David was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43 year old Ronnie J. Robison of Shumway for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for 50 days for DUI drugs. Ronnie was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Illinois State Police arrested 42 year old Erin J. Tomasek of Louisville for a Clay County FTA warrant. Erin posted bond and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Bryan E. Dagan of Vandalia for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bryan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 57 year old Kenneth M. McGhee of Effingham for disorderly conduct. Kenneth was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old James A. Walker of Effingham for operating an uninsured vehicle and DUI. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

September 3, 2023

  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Hayden L. Limes of Effingham for an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Hayden posted bond and was released.
  • Altamont and Effingham Police arrested 28 year old Jesse S. Tucker of Statham, GA for driving while license suspended (APD) and domestic battery (EPD). Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
