- Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old Jerry D. Guthrie of Effingham for theft and possession of <5g of meth. Jerry was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Kayla M. Bissel of Effingham for DUI alcohol, DUI over .08, and improper lane usage. Kayla posted bond and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 31 year old James E. McKay Jr. of Lizella, GA for a Bibb County, GA warrant for 3 counts of aggravated assault. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Dustin E. Fore of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Dustin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
