- 49 year old, Laverne L Verdeyen, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine <5 grams. Verdeyen was given $5,000 recognizance bond.
- 52 year old, Ceclia E Kessler, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Cumberland County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kessler was transported to Cumberland County.
- 50 year old, Jason M Longoria, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County warrant for control by owner. Longoria posted a $100 bond and was released.
