- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 55 year old James J. Nance of Charleston for an Effingham County FTA warrant for aggravated fleeing/2+ con devices. James posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Michiah C. Brawner of Decatur, GA for financial institution fraud. Michiah was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Jakila M. Freeman of Decatur, GA for financial institution fraud. Jakila was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Victor D. Will of Springfield for financial institution fraud. Victor was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
