- Fayette County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Jeffery Durbin of Beecher City for an Effingham County warrant for aggravated fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer, criminal damage to property, and fleeing/eluding a police officer. Jeffery was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Erin Hannagen of St. Elmo for a Fayette County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Erin posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44 year old Kennie Tuttle of Humboldt, IN for an Effingham County FTA warrant for forgery/issue/delievr a document. Kennie was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 year old Feather Temple of Effingham for failure to register as a sex offender. Feather was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Daeshawn McKinnis for retail theft. Daeshawn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
